Modern day sewage (laden with disposable sanitary products in particular) requires specialist solids handling capabilities.
For this application we usually recommend the Gorman-Rupp Super T series with Eradicator (a patented self-cleaning design able to handle raggy material). We also supply a range called Wallwin Conventional and JW Submersible. These are timeless pump models with excellent solids handling capability and durability and were water industry standard in the 60’s through to the early 2000’s previously sold by Biwater and Gilbert Gilkes and Gordon.
