The Gorman-Rupp JW-Series of submersible water pumps are built with a powerful 50Hz motor to handle suspended solids and stingy material without choking. The submersible pumps are designed to meet the specifications of water companies for sludge and sewage applications and various types of impellers are available to best suit the application, including channel, vortex and screw types.
In April 2005, Gorman-Rupp purchased the Wallwin range of submersible and dry well submersible pumps from Gilkes. The most recent generation of Wallwin Submersible Pumps is now known as the Gorman-Rupp JW Series.
Available in both dry and wet well arrangements, the Gorman-Rupp JW-Series raises the bar for the productivity, reliability and ease of submersible pumps.
